Lieutenant Kevin J. Cooney from Ocean County sent a letter to César DePaço to thank him and his wife, Deanna. Dr. César DePaço has donated $10.000 to the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association to assist with equipment purchase and with the families of fallen Police Officers.
