Dear Dr. DePaco:
On behalf of the Flemington Borough Police Department and the citizens of Flemington Borough, I graciously accept your offer to donate a replacement K-9 for K-9 Jax who served our agency well but recently began experiencing health concerns forcing him into retirement.
We have begun our search in selecting a replacement K-9. I would like to confirm that the Flemington Borough Police Department and Patrolman Zytko, our K-9 handler, complies with all local, county, and state laws and regulations for operating as a K-9 Officer.
