César Manuel Cardoso Matos DePaço has been officially appointed Ambassador of NGO A.M.OR, L'Amour au Cœur de l'Action ("Love at the Heart of Action"), in a formal act issued on March 30, 2026, at the Palace of the United Nations in Geneva.
The appointment was signed by the organization's President-Founder, Tigori Aka, and entrusts the Portuguese entrepreneur and philanthropist with the mission of promoting and developing the NGO's activities in the United States of America and on the international stage.
NGO A.M.OR holds special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2017 (reference ECOSOC-1960-1514 / 2017), with its quadrennial report renewed in June 2022, credentials that grant the organization institutional legitimacy to operate within multilateral forums under the auspices of the UN.
César DePaço, a psychologist by training, born in Portugal and a U.S. resident, now adds this diplomatic role to a career already marked by:
- Honorary Consul of Portugal from 2014 to 2020;
- Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Summit Nutritionals International Inc.®;
- Founder and Chairman of the Board of the DePaço Foundation;
- A recognized record of philanthropic work in support of law enforcement and humanitarian causes.
Headquartered in Geneva, NGO A.M.OR, whose motto is "o amor no coração da ação" ("love at the heart of action"), carries out humanitarian work, with a particular focus on support for orphans (Association Mondiale pour les Orphelins). César DePaço's entry as Ambassador is expected to strengthen the organization's footprint across the American continent and expand its network of international partnerships.
